Access to demos, pilots, analyses, deliverables, or production services may require a separate written agreement, statement of work, order form, or nondisclosure agreement.
No Engineering Reliance Without Review
ArcStack Forge outputs are intended to accelerate layout, routing, estimating, and review workflows. They do not replace professional engineering judgment, owner standards, code review, safety analysis, or final approval by qualified personnel.
Any cost estimate, CAD output, routing model, spacing suggestion, or project assumption should be independently reviewed before procurement, construction, operations, or investment decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide any project files, diagrams, data, specifications, or other materials to ArcStack.
You should not submit information that is subject to export control, regulatory restriction, third-party confidentiality obligations, or heightened security requirements unless we have agreed to handle it in writing.
Intellectual Property
ArcStack and its licensors retain all rights in ArcStack Forge, including software, workflows, designs, interfaces, models, documentation, know-how, and other proprietary materials.
Customer materials remain owned by the customer or their applicable owners. Deliverable ownership, licenses, and usage rights should be defined in the applicable written agreement.
